Protect your PDF document from all copy including Printscreen and screen capture software.
Usually
when “copy protection” is mentioned, it only means print,
expiry and password protection. But the document can be
screenshot and captured or at worse extracted using one of a
variety of PDF extractors that are available for free on the
Internet.
But CopySafe PDF lives up to its claims and more. CopySafe PDF was specially designed to be secure where others fail. CopySafe PDF documents cannot be copied in any way, including capture from remote computers and is the most secure PDF security available for copy protecting documents and the only solution that can protect PDF files from all avenues of copy including Printscreen and ALL screen capture software. By converting to Copysafe PDF you can distribute sensitive documents and reports or provide a preview of your photo shoot or plan draughts without the client being able to copy them in any way.
Copy protect catalogues, reports and eBooks
Distribute financial reports and other sensitive data within your organization with special access rights assigned to groups or individuals. CopySafe PDF converts existing PDF files to copy protected format with the option of delivering as a library file or with an embedded reader.

Preparing PDF documents
The CopySafe PDF Converter now includes the
Universal Document
Converter (UDC) for the conversion of most file types to PDF.
Installed as a printer-driver, to convert from Word or another
editor, simply send to PRINT and select UDC as your printer
for your document to be converted to proper PDF format that
will be more compatible with CopySafe PDF Converter. There are
many different brands of PDF makers that may create what looks
like a PDF but in fact aren’t true to the PDF format and may
fail when processed by other programs. To avoid loss of
quality and detail we strongly recommend using UDC to create
your original PDFs before conversion to CopySafe PDF format.
CopySafe PDF Reader
The CopySafe PDF Reader is a free PDF reader available to the public for viewing copy protected PDF documents. The reader supports all of the features commonly found in Adobe Acrobat including page resizing, image zoom, auto scrolling, bookmarks, hyperlinks and more.CopySafe PDF Converter
The CopySafe PDF Converter will import and encrypt PDF documents to protect them from ALL methods of save and copy. CopySafe PDF Converter will convert PDF documents in batches by individual selection or by folder to produce the most secure PDF documents imaginable, safe from all methods of copy and save. The embedded reader option is most useful when delivering one-off publications to your end users, while the library option creates much smaller files that can be viewed using the CopySafe PDF Reader. Import single files or batches by selecting the folder. Ideal for distribution by email, download or for eBook and CD. Further information about how Copysafe satisfies the most discerning clients can be found here.
CopySafe PDF Encryption
CopySafe PDF Converter uses the strongest encryption methods to convert PDF documents and protect from all saving and copy. CopySafe PDF documents cannot be opened by any other PDF readers which may have been reversed engineered or by using one of the free PDF extractors.CopySafe PDF Security
Copysafe PDF is the most secure PDF reader and conversion combo available. There is no other PDF reader/converter combination that can compare or even come close. All other PDF security software only protects with password, expiration or print limitations, and even then you will find that their expiration is easily foiled by turning back your computer's clock.CopySafe PDF Expiry
When a Copysafe PDF document has an expiry date set, before the reader opens the PDF it will verify the real time and date from independent time servers thus foiling any misadventure by turning back the computer clock.Windows GUI or Command Line?
There are 2 unique versions for Copysafe PDF conversion. For general use CopySafe PDF Converter is provided as a Windows GUI. While for for developers requiring command line use CopySafe PDF CMD can be run from a .bat file, scheduled task or called from web page scripts. The CopySafe PDF Converter will batch convert by the folder using both the desktop GUI window or from command line. For a demonstration of the command line converter, please see the ArtistScope DRM demo which uses CopySafe PDF server side to convert PDF documents uploaded to a web site from a web page.Digital Rights Management
CopySafe PDF Converter creates PDF documents for general distribution that are copy protected in that they cannot be dissembled or copied in any way even by the use of Printscreen or screen capture software. However limiting the distribution of the document file itself can only be effective when enforcing specific usage rights per document. This is where ArtistScope DRM comes in. ArtistScope DRM includes a suite of tools to assign and manage entitlements per document and per user.Note that ArtistScope DRM is a separate product to CopySafe PDF and is not an add-on. ArtistScope DRM includes its own version of the CopySafe PDF Converter which runs server side so that authors can upload their documents and have then converted to PDF and copy protected by the server which compiles them on the fly to include your user access rights permissions.
So if you want distribute copy protected PDFs that cannot be redistributed to others (unauthorized users) then you need to purchase ArtistScope DRM and not CopySafe PDF.
