If a customer has bought my Ebook, and some time after that his computer goes broken, and he has bought a new computer, what options does he have to open and use the Ebook on his new computer?

Firstly. it will depend on if the author has allowed 1-3 computers and/or allowed changes/updates in his or his group's settings.

Then if the subscriber still has a problem adding the new computer from the Reader, then he should email the author for help, in which case the author can delete the subscriber's original Computer ID from his settings so that he can update more easily.
