Software Licensing

This is an agreement between you, the end user (licensee), and ArtistScope. By using ArtistScope software you are agreeing to become bound by the conditions below:

Copyright

The technology, methods, logos, systems and documentation included in ArtistScope systems are the Copyrighted and Intellectual Property of ArtistScope. By downloading, using, evaluating or studying these components, you the user, agree that you will in not act in any way, to disrupt, discredit, copy or re-engineer components of these systems.

Grant of license

ArtistScope as Licensor grants to you the Licensee a non-exclusive right to use the software for unlimited use on your registered web site.

Your obligations

You agree to provide accurate and current information as prompted by the registration form. Licensee further agrees to maintain an active email address in our database so as to be advised of security warnings and upgrades to the software and service.

Limitation of liability

You expressly agree that ArtistScope and agents shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our programs or services.
