I still don't understand how I will get the software after purchasing online. I also need to know if we buy secure image if we can upgrade to the pro version later.

When payment is made and confirmation received, the software is dispatched by either email or via download depending on file size and any special instructions from you.
Yes you can
upgrade from 2.1 to Pro at the discounted "extra license" price but please note that if that is your intention, it is best to start with Pro at the onset... the encryption used in each program is different which means that the images will have to be re-processed if you move to a different program. Pro and 2.1 are very different.
