We deal with a large number of images, 250,000 - 1,000,000 on any one site for our clients. These images are called from references in a database. Would
Copysafe work with this method? Can you batch process files from different directories? If so, would we be able to obtain a demonstration copy to ensure that it would work in our environment?

It can be used in conjunction with database delivery several ways... by using templates for the applet to allow for the differences in parameters between each image which are image name, applet size and byte size... or by using a link to the html page that Copysafe produces when it converts/encrypts an image.
All content is produced locally and the uploaded to your site. Copysafe Pro is not server side (Copysafe PBV is server side but for individual image uploads). For batch processing you only have to select the image folder, and the program will import any images in that folder, excluding non jpg/gif files and any images that are unsuitable for encryption due to being over-compressed or of damaged/poor quality. Before processing any images, you can select any folder (or multiple folders by using shift/ctrl select) from anywhere on your local computer. Some clients have reported that they were able to encrypt/process more than 8,500 images in the same operation, although this does depend on the amount of ram available to the machine used.
We cannot provide a demo version of Copysafe as its content needs to be viewed from a registered web site. However we do have online demos of Pro for you to test with anything at your disposal, and we do provide free test accounts for Copysafe PBV for you to upload and encrypt images... and other content to see its potential first hand.
