Saving with Standard Security Options
Set security options to prevent your document from being changed or printed: 1. Open the document in your
PDF editor. 2. Select Document Security from the File menu. 3. Select Acrobat Standard Security from the Security Options pull-down menu. If the Standard Security dialog box does not appear, click the Change Settings button. 4. Check the Password Required to Open Document box to allow only users with a password to open the document. 5. Check the Password Required to Change Permissions and Passwords box to allow only users with a valid password to change to security options. 6. Enter passwords in the User Password/Master Password boxes. 7. Select an encryption level from the pull-down menu. 8. In the Permissions section, you can restrict users (except those with access to security options) from printing, making changes, copying or extracting content, disabling accessibility, and adding or changing comments and form fields. Check the box to turn on the corresponding restriction. 9. Click the OK button when you are done. 10. Click the Close button. 11. Save the document to apply the new security settings. .

Hide Acrobat buttons in WEB Browser
You can attach the following switches to your URL #toolbar=0 (hide) #toolbar=1 (to re-enable) #page=2 (go to page) . |
