- Recommended location for Secure Image Pro install is to /usr/java
- After downloading open a shell and,
cdto /usr/java -
Check that
SIPro4demo_unix.binhas execute permissions. -
Run
./SIPro4demo_unix.bin - To run on Redhat 9 and later can use any version of JRE 1.5 or later. On Redhat 8 a Glib update may be required if you install Java JRE 1.5 or later. You can download one from Sun Java or download the installer with VM. Recommended location for JRE install is /usr/java - you can install anywhere if you create a symlink for the java PATH...
